We will meet with you to discuss your specific needs and inform you about each stage of the production process. After the initial meeting we will send a video treatment and a shooting script for review. A final pre-production meeting will cover the production timetable, permissions and any amendments/suggestions you may have.

Broadcast standard filming
Using broadcast standard cameras, professional lighting and sound, we will film interviews, lesson extracts, and any other materials needed to create a powerful promotional video portraying your institution in the best possible light.

Digital video editing
We will create a rough cut of your promotional video for review, giving you the chance to make any amendments to the edit. Once amendments have been made, you will have the opportunity to review and sign off the final video.

Professionally authored DVD
We will design an interactive DVD menu and disc cover using your institutions branding for a highly professional finish. The DVD will be submitted for you to review, and once you are 100% happy, we will provide 100 copies as part of the package. Low cost additional copies can be ordered at any time.

VirtualDVD video web site
We will create an online version of your promotional DVD, which can be accessed from anywhere, linked to your site, and used in promotions.
